Discovered this great product on a recent flight to scotland ;
Boxerchips only choose the best spuds from local British farmers, Keeping production MADE IN UK . Best of all ...clever biodegradable packaging. I love the way it creates a handy little cardboard plate when opened fully.
I enjoyed the various veggies - a mix of parsnip, sweet potato and Beetroot. Yum!
